A converted stone farmhouse set in open fields outside Zebbug, in the middle of the island. Arched red-framed windows, a long lap pool with a fire feature running beside it, palms and olive trees, and lawn on every side. Mdina sits on the ridge in the distance.

Downstairs is a full entertainment floor: cinema wall with Chesterfield sofas, foosball, a private bar, a gym, and an indoor jacuzzi. Above it, a double-height living and dining space seating fourteen, with a chef’s kitchen alongside. Outside there is a shaded daybed pavilion, loungers, a covered bar terrace and a children’s play frame on the lawn.
