Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Lush Properties collects through this website, why, and what choices you have. It covers this website only, not the properties themselves or any booking made by phone or email.

What we collect

When you use the enquiry form, we collect the details you enter - your name, email address, and anything else you choose to add (phone number, dates, guest count, message). We use this only to reply to your enquiry.

We do not require an account to use this site, and we do not store any personal data anywhere other than in the email sent to us when you submit the form.

Spam protection

The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell human visitors apart from automated spam. Turnstile runs in your browser when you submit the form; see Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Sending your enquiry

Enquiry form submissions are sent to us by email via Resend, an email delivery service. Resend processes the message on our behalf and does not use it for any purpose of its own; see Resend's Privacy Policy.

Cookies

This site uses one category of cookie you cannot opt out of - strictly necessary cookies that let the site function, such as remembering your cookie preference itself. Everything else is off unless you turn it on:

• Analytics - anonymous statistics on which pages and properties are viewed, so we can improve them. Off by default.
• Marketing - used to measure advertising and show relevant stays on other sites. Off by default.

You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

Separately from the cookie categories above, this site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for basic traffic statistics. It is cookieless - it does not use any tracking cookie or persistent identifier, and does not require consent under EU/UK cookie law. See Cloudflare Web Analytics.

Embedded video

The homepage embeds a YouTube video using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). No cookie is set by the embed until you press play; see YouTube's Privacy Policy.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us at amanda@lushproperties.com.mt.
